Yes, the time has come and it is the time when we will get a great new year gift... Drupal 7! It is supposed to be more robust, secure and mostly tested drupal distribution ever released. About 28K bug tests were carried on before publishing this open source giant. Drupal.org has estimated 5th Jan 2011 would be the release date of Drupal 7 and parties are going to be held all over the world.
