How to set up Drupal 7 Website

Hello Drupalers, It has been about two weeks and drupal 7 has been launched to rock the web world. However, as we know from its architecture, it is not same as its previous version D6. Drupal 7 is more complex but yet simple to use. It has some robust functionalities which keep ahead Drupal from any other CMS. Backed up by drupal's powerful hooking system, drupal is now much more matured in term of coding customizations and easiness of use. Drupal's theming layer now contains a new file named html.tpl.php which dramatically decreases theme file's size and its complexity. Many of us wants to install Drupal 7 on their new website. Considering their requirement , I have found out a good video in youtube describing how to set up a Drupal 7 website from the scratch. I am sure, it will help all the Drupal enthusiastic people around there.
